I needed a labour quote for aftermarket performance parts put into my Honda Civic and Mike took my vehicle's info and had an instant response with an ETA and price for the job. I didnt even have time to question the reliability because after buying my parts and getting my quote, the OEM parts i was about to upgrade LITERALLY GAVE OUT ON ME! I had no time to change plans (not that i ever wanted to) and dropped my car off the morning after Memorial Day. By the time i got off work, i had a whole new performance drivetrain.
